Viking Motorcycle Bags Epic Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Viking Motorcycle Bags Epic Giveaway (the "Giveaway") and outline the rules for participation, eligibility, and prize awarding. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility:

• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States only who are at least 21 years of age or the age at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Viking Motorcycle Bags (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.   
• Existing Renters of Wander Utah RV Rentals as of March 1st 2023 - January 31st  2025 are automatically entered into the Giveaway.
• Individuals who rent from Wander Utah RV Rentals during the month of February (February 1st - February 28th 2025, inclusive) will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

2. How to Enter:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• For those not already entered: To enter the Giveaway, individuals must rent from Wander Utah RV Rentals during the month of February. This rental automatically qualifies them for entry.
• For those already entered: No further action is needed. Your existing rental qualifies you for the drawing.
• No Limit: Each reservation is equivalent to one entry for the giveaway during February.

3. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway begins on March 1st 2023 and ends on February 28th (the "Giveaway Period").

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 1st 2025 by Wander Utah RV Rentals or its designated agent, whose decisions are final and binding.   
• The potential winner will be notified via email and phone within 5 days of the drawing.
• If the potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days of notification, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
